Courtney Cox is a Recruiting Coordinator with Beecher Reagan. She helps the firm manage the search process across all of our open engagements. Courtney is responsible for tracking project changes within our database program and running client reports. In addition, she prepares, formats, edits, reviews, and sends all client facing documentation; this includes reports, presentations, resumes, and documents.
Prior to Beecher Reagan, Courtney was an Assistant Manager for a well-known retailer. She managed and participated in the staffing process by selecting, orienting, training, and developing new hires. She maintained and managed company marketing strategies, controllable/non-controllable expenses, drove sales, and heightened customer service. Courtney was also part of the recruiting team where she presented at a nearby University and screened potential candidates at career fairs. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with a Minor in Human Resources from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas.
