Managing Partner & Co-Founder
Clark Beecher serves as a Managing Partner and is a co-founder of Beecher Reagan. He has dedicated his career advising management consulting, technology services and business advisory service firms on building and growing their industry, functional and new geographical practice areas. Clark brings 20 years of leadership service expertise to his clients all over the world.
Tim co-founded Beecher Reagan and serves as Partner and leads Beecher Reagan's private equity practice. Tim has spent his career advising clients within Fortune 100 companies, management consulting & business advisory firms on senior level talent acquisition strategies. Tim’s expertise spans the full spectrum of industries and sectors we serve with special knowledge of Turnaround and Restructuring and Performance Improvement.

Angela serves as the President and Managing Partner for our Global Leadership Results Practice. As a board member and partner, Angela supports our continued global expansion of the leadership advisory practice and core client offerings such as Verity, Beecher Reagan’s exclusive professional services leadership assessment.
As Managing Partner, EMEA, John Wittorf leads our London Headquarters and oversees our global expansion initiative. John specializes in leadership appointments in consulting and professional services as well as building operating groups for private equity firms and transformational leaders within portfolio companies. John played a pivotal role as co-sponsor in the design and development of Beecher Reagans’ proprietary assessment tool, Verity.
As a partner at Beecher Reagan, Mo Captan leads our west coast practice and specializes in advising our clients on talent strategy and growth initiatives. Mo has dedicated his career to management consulting, professional services and strategic search solutions. Mo joined Beecher Reagan from Strategy& where led experienced hire recruiting for the Americas and was a key stakeholder in the integration with PwC Advisory.
Georgina is the Global Technology Services Practice Leader and Co-Global Private Equity Practice Leader at Beecher Reagan. Georgina graduated from Manchester University with a degree in Modern Languages and is accredited in Human Resource Management from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). As a headhunter, Georgina acts as a trusted adviser to her clients and brings 16 years of experience.
Matt Greenberg is a Principal in the Digital & Analytics Practice at Beecher Reagan. Matt graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Politics. Before joining Beecher Reagan, Matt helped lead the build out of a Recruiting Center of Excellence for the Digital arm of a Tier 1 consulting firm. He was also responsible for Partner level recruiting, designing diversity programs and implementing an analytically rigorous approach to hiring.
Jill serves as a Senior Advisor in Beecher Reagans’ Leadership Results Practice and is an Amazon #1 bestseller in Business & Leadership. Jill specializes in leadership, executive coaching and business and personal transformation. Working with Fortune 100 and professional services firms to develop their C-Suite and high potential leaders to reach their full potential.
Dave is a Principal with Beecher Reagan and has spent his entire career in the professional services industry.
At Beecher Reagan, Dave provides talent acquisition expertise in Business Strategy, Operations, and Information Technology across the Financial Services, Consumer & Retail, Media, High Tech, Energy and Manufacturing industries
Rupert has 8 years’ experience across Professional Services and Consulting industries working across a variety of areas during that time. He has joined from EY where his main focus was in the financial services sector, working with senior leadership to mobilise client projects with resources from across the FS space. Previous to this Rupert worked in the executive search space, placing senior level candidates across professional services firms globally.
Shannon is a Principal in the Private Equity practice, with an expertise in Private Equity Fund Operating Groups, Transformational Leadership, and Talent Roles.
Prior to joining Beecher | Reagan, Shannon built out the Talent Function at Platinum Equity, supporting Portfolio Companies in driving value through organizational and leadership strategies, executive hiring, intellectual capital initiatives, and scaling a robust Operations & Transformation Team.

James is a Principal in the Digital & Data Analytics Practice at Beecher Reagan. Prior to joining the firm, James was responsible for stakeholder management and executive search delivery for RDW's Technology Consulting & Services clients in the US. James has executed on key leadership searches across Cloud, Cyber, Analytics, Digital and Engineering Services, leveraging a deep understanding of product & services ecosystems to uncover hidden sources of talent.
