Director of Operations
Truley Welch is the Director of Operations and is based in Beecher Reagan Advisors’ New York office. Truley is responsible for managing all the administrative functions for our firm and the support staff. She also supervises search coordination along with candidate management. Truley is the liaison between the firm, our candidates and our clients. She helps our team guide each candidate through the entire search process from phone screen all the way to placement.
Truley began her career in search in 2006 when she started working at Magellan International in Houston, Texas. She served as the Office Manager and Executive Assistant in which she supported two Managing Partners, three Principals and one Business Development Manager. Truley then transitioned from Magellan International when Clark Beecher and Tim Reagan founded Beecher Reagan Advisors in 2009.
In 2010, Truley left Texas and moved to New York and started working at the consulting firm Oliver Wyman in their Financial Services business unit. She served as an Executive Assistant to four Retail Business Banking Partners in conjunction with also being the Training Coordinator for the Executive Assistant department. In her training role, she was responsible for training new employees in calendar management, coordinating onboarding procedures, confirming training schedules for new Executive Assistants, and maintaining and developing active trainings for the current Executive Assistant team for professional development. Truley also was part of the Executive Assistant Recruiting team within Oliver Wyman. She conducted interviews, provided feedback/next steps and liaised with human resources and management on hiring of new employees.
In 2012, Beecher Reagan Advisors opened their New York office and she happily rejoined the firm. Truley received her Bachelors of Music degree from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. She is still an active vocalist and sings with local choruses and chamber groups within the city.
