Mo is a senior Recruiting, Operations and Business Development executive, with more than 17 years of experience in helping companies grow through innovative recruiting strategies. He has been recognized as an industry leader with strengths in recruiting, strategic thinking, organizational innovation, and an ability to focus on the most relevant business drivers to effect positive change.

Mo currently leads the strategy and growth initiatives for Beecher Reagan, an executive search firm that specializes in connecting our clients to senior level consulting and professional services talent. He is responsible for firm growth and client development, expansion of our products and services portfolio, and overall strategic planning. Prior to joining Beecher Reagan, Mo led talent acquisition for Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), with overall executive responsibility for all experienced-hire recruiting in North and Latin America, and served as the global leader for the firms recruiting initiatives. Mo also served as the firm’s global recruiting advisor for the integration with PwC Advisory.

Before joining Strategy&, Mo led Advantage xPO as the senior executive for the Global RPO division. There he led all client strategy, service/delivery, and business development teams for our global outsourcing practice. Prior to Advantage, Mo was part of the leadership team at Manpower Business Solutions, the global RPO division of Manpower. During the time at MBS, he held executive leadership roles spanning from client strategy, program management/delivery, and sales/business development.

Mo came to Manpower via the acquisition of the RPO company he was leading at the time, CRI, where he served as Vice President of Operations and Client Services. Responsibilities as the executive leader of CRI included development of a scalable operational infrastructure, with oversight and management of teams focused on: client acquisition, program management, and delivery of best-in-class recruiting solutions.

Before joining CRI, he led client services for 5 years at NorthStar Solutions, Inc., a business consulting firm he co-founded. Mo also served in recruiting, sales and management positions for companies such as TEKsystems/Aerotek, Lucent Technologies and ADcom.
